Hey everyone.
I love you all. Thanks for they letter about the funeral. I'm glad everything went so well. It could be a hard thing for a lot of people. I'm sure Chandis's eulogy? was great and comforting. Wow.
Things are exciting here. I with my companion was called to be a Zone leader. So there are 55 Zones or so here at the MTC. This is equivalent to a ward. They call them Branches though. So Branches are the same as Zones. Ha sorry. In each zone is Our presidency of 3 people. Our President is Russ Adamsons dad. He`s pretty cool. There are 5 or 6 Districts in each Zone. This is the people you arrive with. They are generally separated by which language your speaking. So our District is 6 people. So we have 35 missionaries our Branch. So we serve all the District leaders in the Branch. We're the help to the Branch Presidency. It's pretty cool to know that the lord had trust in us. It comes with quite a bit more responsibility. I'm really happy we can do it.
I'm having a great time. Jordan Houston comes in tomorrow. I'll be happy to see him. I've seen a lot of sisters from St. George here and a lot of Elders too. It's amazing to get to talk to them about that great place. How'd the pancake breakfast go?
It's tough sometimes. This last Saturday we were in the TRC. Which we go to every Saturday. We prepare all week for a certain scenario then teach an "investigator" on that Saturday. They play the role that we've been preparing for. Well for the past 2 weeks we've only been speaking Hmong. During our appointment I knew our investigator wasn't understanding us. It made me very sad. I just simply wasn't able to communicate well. It was a very humbling and surreal experience that i'll never forget. I stopped, took a deep breath and with watery eyes I bore my testimony. Elder Holland says that when teaching, never leave without letting them know the fire of your faith. I couldn't teach him anything else, but I could tell him that I knew He had a Heavenly Father that loved him. It was neat. So i'm working hard. Thank you for your love and support. I'm so happy you all are doing well. I love our family and friends with all my heart. I'm very blessed to have you.
With a full Heart,
Elder Paramore
